The Flicx Skills Pitch provide the perfect surface for improving your cricketing skills. The pitch is easily laid, with minimal preparation and no major construction. Our pitches are portable and can move with you. The pitch is low maintenance as no water is needed.
Where should I place my Flicx Home Cricket System?
Consider the following points:
- A hard-flat surface is required, a North/South direction is best
- Two sizes of nets available – 3mx2.5mx6m and 3mx2.5mx9m (wxhxl)
- The pole system is made from high-quality steels
- The netting system is made from UV protected materials

3G Flicx Cricket Pitch
The Flicx Skills Pitch is designed to help both bowlers & batsman improve their game.
- Batsmen – there are markings in front of and behind the crease
- Bowlers – there are wide markings, blocks for short of a length & full-length delivery
Pitches are available in various sizes, which means that we can match you up with a pitch that fits perfectly with your needs. No concrete is required so your garden isn’t damaged. Flicx Pitches are long lasting & require minimal maintenance.

Synthetic Surfaces
Other than the Flicx range of pitches we supply three different types of synthetic grass pitches.
Oval Pitch Turf 11mm Synthetic Grass
Surface
Top-of-the-range cricket turf with a lush, dense 11 mm pile. UV stabilised, with a quality rating higher than DIN-standards. Provides the most realistic ball turn and bounce, with less spin.
Premium Flicx 10mm MultiSport Synthetic Grass Surface
Medium quality with a longer 10 mm pile. Can be used for cricket or multi-sports, tennis and hockey. Provides a better ball turn and bounce.
Standard Flicx 7mm Cricket Synthetic Grass Surface
More economical range with a 7 mm pile. A standard, acceptable choice for school or home sport.
These surfaces can, be glued to a concrete base or nailed to a crusher base substrate.
- Crusher Base – more expensive, gives you a bounce that is closer to that of a turf wicket.
- Concrete Base – more cost-effective and durable. Giving a bounce that is higher than that of a turf wicket.
Run-ups are available. The run-ups can be the same synthetic surface as the playing surface, rubber mats, laid into the ground, or they can be a rubber wet-pour which adheres to a concrete base.
